Olive jug with fruit is a beautiful still life painting done in a realistic style from life.
I wanted to paint as much light into this painting as possible and also make it interesting.
This still life was painted using what is considered to be the worlds best oil paints, the support I used for this painting was a shop bought (Jacksons) super fine oil primed linen mounted on board, an excellent painting surface.
The size of the painting is almost 8 x 12 in inches or in metric it measures 200 x 300 mm or 20 x 30 cm.
